Burswood Park Public Golf Course does NOT refund Online payments unless the course is officially closed by the course superintendant.  

Confirmations

Successful online bookings will receive an on screen confirmation to be printed.

No further confirmation is required

The internet booking system is directly linked to the reservation software, and the customer will only be contacted if a Burswood Park staff member has a query regarding your booking. If a confirmation email is not received, the customer must check that the email entered is correct. The customer is required as proof of booking to provide the reference number or the credit card used to secure the booking at the time of registration to the Pro Shop staff.

Burswood Park Public Golf Course reserves the right to alter tee times without notice due to circumstances outside of Burswood Park Public Golf Course’s control (eg. lightening, slow play, course renovations).

Tee Time Modifications

Booking times only can be modified online up to a week in advance of tee time. Modifications to tee times within one week of play can be made by calling the Pro Shop on (08) 9470 2992. No guarantee can be made for requested date/time.

Should the customer wish to modify or change their booking to an alternate time or date, contact must be made with Burswood Park Public Golf Course 48 hours before the reserved tee time on (08) 9470 2992. The Pro Shop staff will confirm availability of the new tee time and date.

You must check in at the Pro Shop a minimum of 20 minutes before your tee time is due to start. Should you not arrive and register with the Pro Shop you may risk the cancellation of your tee time. In this even, no refund will be given.

Burswood Park Public Golf Course reserves the right to remove customers from the course where the rules of Burswood Park have not been adhered to. Please refer to the course rules located in the Pro Shop upon arrival. No refunds will be given in the event that the customer is removed from the course.

In the event that bookings are made in multiples and a player does not show, no refund will be given for the “no show” player.

Golf Cart Hire Agreement

Hired Golf Carts will be returned in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear accepted. Any damage or loss to the cart will be charged.

No more than 2 persons in the cart at the same time

No person under the age of 18 to operate the cart.

Golf Paths must be used at all times.

Golf Carts are not to be driven within 10 metres of Tees, Greens, Bunkers and Water Hazards.

Golf Carts must not cross blue lines.

Changing Facilities

Locker keys are available from the Pro Shop. A $10 deposit is required for all locker keys and is refunded on return of the key to the Pro Shop. Towels are not provided, but are available for purchase from the Pro Shop.

Dress Standards

Dress Standards will be strictly enforced. Ladies and Men’s shirts must have a collar. All players must be suitably attired, neat and tidy with enclosed shoes.

General Terms & Conditions

The Burswood Park Golf Course reserves the right to suspend play due to natural weather conditions. Refer to the Burswood Park Public Golf Course wet weather policy for details.

Golf Bookings are subject to change without notice, however all measures will be taken to contact the customer to inform them of a change in tee time.

Every endeavour is made to maintain prices as printed, however these may be subject to increase at management’s discretion to meet rising costs, imposition of government charges, taxes and GST.

Eskys are not permitted onto the golf course under any circumstances.

BYO alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances.

Lost Property

The Burswood Park Public Golf Course will accept no responsibility for any personal belongings left at the premises or golf course.

Wet Weather Policy

In the event of lightning or heavy rain where the course becomes unplayable, the siren will be sounded and all players asked to return to Pro Shop.

If the conditions pass in 45 minutes of suspension of play, players will be directed back on course.
